This Privacy Policy explains how Peak Wellness Coaching LLC d/b/a P.A.C.E. Coaching collects, uses, and protects your personal information across our website, advertising, coaching services, PT Distinction platform, and private client community.


It applies to all of our services, including one-on-one coaching, subscription programs, and visitors to our website who never become clients. By accessing our services, you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Personal Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, billing address, username and password

  • Payment Information: Processed via third-party payment processors. We do not store full card or bank details.

  • Coaching Intake Data: Goals, preferences, fitness experience, and health history submitted via PT Distinction or intake forms

  • Contact and Messaging Data: Phone number and SMS messaging history, where you have opted in to receive text messages from us

  • Usage Data: App and site usage, pages viewed, login timestamps

  • Advertising and Analytics Data: Information collected through advertising platforms and website tracking technologies, including lead form submissions and site activity

  • Community Interaction: Questions, feedback, or messages shared via the app or community group chats

  • Health and Biomarker Data (one-on-one coaching clients only): If you enroll in a one-on-one coaching program that includes laboratory testing, we collect health information you provide and biomarker results from that testing. This data is collected only with your consent, only for clients in programs where lab work is included, and is used solely to inform your coaching. Clients enrolled in these programs sign a separate agreement governing the collection, use, and handling of that data.

We do not collect health information from subscription or app-only clients beyond what you voluntarily provide through intake forms.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and improve coaching services

  • Personalize your fitness and nutrition experience

  • Interpret and act on laboratory results for one-on-one coaching clients who have elected lab work

  • Manage your subscription and billing

  • Communicate with you via email, SMS, app notifications, or community channels, where you have opted in

  • Send you marketing communications by email and SMS, where you have opted in

  • Measure and improve our advertising

  • Respond to inquiries and support requests

  • Enforce our terms and prevent abuse or fraud

4. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your personal information.


We may share limited data with:

  • Service providers who support our operations, including our coaching platform (PT Distinction), customer relationship and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), payment processor (Stripe), laboratory testing partner (Rhythm Health, for one-on-one clients who have elected lab work), and advertising and analytics platforms (including Meta)

  • Legal authorities, if required by law or to protect our rights

  • Contracted coaches or team members, solely for service delivery

We do not share health or biomarker data with advertising platforms, and we do not use it for marketing purposes.


5. Cookies, Tracking, and Advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. These fall into two categories: functional technologies necessary for the site to operate, and advertising and analytics technologies that help us measure performance and show relevant ads. You may opt out of cookies through your browser settings.


SMS Communications: If you provide your phone number and opt in, we may send you text messages about your account, our services, or promotions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not affect your account access.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in secure platforms and protected with commercially reasonable safeguards.


Health and biomarker data is stored separately from marketing and billing systems, with access limited to coaching staff who need it to deliver your program.
No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.


Health and biomarker data for one-on-one coaching clients is retained for the period stated in your lab work agreement. When that period ends, or upon your request, we delete or de-identify it.
Records of consent to automatically renewing subscriptions are retained for the period required by applicable law.
You may request deletion of your data at any time as described in Section 8.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data

  • Withdraw consent or object to processing

  • Request a copy of your data

  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time

To exercise these rights, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act on a request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and in any case within 45 days.


We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide you a lower quality of service because you exercised any of these rights.

Our services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes at least 30 days before they take effect, using the email address associated with your account. Continued use of our services after the effective date indicates your acceptance.
